Fruits - This category can include fresh, frozen, juiced, dried, or canned fruits. Fruits include but are not limited to bananas, blackberries, apples, apricots, cantaloupe, boysenberries, blueberries, figs, cherries, honeydew melon, raspberries, cranberries, grapefruit, grapes, guava, kiwi, lemons, limes, pears, mangoes, oranges, papayas, peaches, nectarines, pineapples, raisins, plums, prunes, watermelon, strawberries, tangelos, and tangerines

Vegetables - This category can include fresh, frozen, dried, juiced, or canned vegetables. Vegetables include but are not limited to broccoli, artichokes, Brussels sprouts, beets, asparagus, sweet potatoes, collard greens, cabbage, carrots, parsley, cucumbers, cauliflower, celery, mustard greens, chili peppers, ginger root, rutabagas, corn, potatoes, eggplant, garlic, kale, leeks, lettuce, mushrooms, okra, onions, radishes, sprouts, scallions, spinach, squashes, tomatoes, watercress, turnips, yams, and zucchini. If you are not allergic to soy, veggie burgers are also an option.

Whole Grain - This can include millet, whole wheat, brown rice, quinoa, oats, whole wheat pasta, barley, rice cakes, grits, whole wheat tortillas, and popcorn.

Nuts & Seeds - This list includes cashews, sunflower seeds, sesame, and peanuts. You can also enjoy nut butters, such as peanut or almond butter.

Quality Oils - This includes olive, peanut, canola, grape seed, and sesame.

Beverages - Limited to only water, including spring water, distilled water or other pure waters. (We allow Cranberry & Apple 100% Fruit Juice)

Others - Vinegar, tofu, seasonings, soy products, salt, herbs and spices.

Meat - All meat and animal products, including beef, pork, lamb, poultry, fish, and others.

Dairy Products - All milk, butter, cheese, cream, and eggs.

Sweeteners - All sugar, honey, raw sugar, molasses, syrups, and cane juice.

Leavened Bread - Ezekiel Bread because it contains yeast and honey, and baked goods.

Refined & Process Food - Including artificial flavorings, white flour, white rice, food additives, chemicals, and foods that contain artificial preservatives.

Deep Fried Food - Including but not limited to French fries, potato chips, and corn chips.

Solid Fats - All shortening, lard, margarine, and foods high in fat.

Beverages - Including but not limited to tea, coffee, herbal teas, energy drinks, carbonated beverages, and alcohol.

The Model Prayer

Matthew 6:9-13

⁹ After this manner therefore pray ye:

Our Father which art in heaven – Start your prayers by praising and worshipping God for who He is. (Bless the Lord oh my soul, and all that is within me! You alone are God; I praise you, I lift you up, I magnify you, I exalt you, and I adore you

Hallowed be thy name – I reverence your name. Your name is Great; Your name is Holy and Worthy to be praised.

Thy Kingdom come – Lord let your love, joy, peace, and healing come here on earth (me). 

Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven – Not my will Lord but thine will be done. Lord I want your good, acceptable and perfect will to be done. Lord I surrender my will to you.

Give us this day our daily bread – Lord I thank you for supplying my needs for this day. This is when we pray for specific needs in your life.

And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors – Pray for forgiveness of sins, knowingly and unknowingly, in every thought, word, and deed. We must also forgive others of their trespasses against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil – Pray for God to help you for the road ahead of you. Here you may also pray for other needs and desires in your life. You may begin praying for:

1. Your pastor and family, other ministers and their families, 
2. Revival, people you want to win to God, and our community,
3. Saints, sick, less fortunate, and needy,
4. Home, marriage, children, financial needs, family needs, jobs, school,etc,

For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever – You end your prayer with praise and worship. We affirm that God is everything and everything belongs to him. He is almighty, eternal, everlasting, faithful, great, omnipotent, omnipresent, and powerful. Worship Him for being God alone.

Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.     Revelation 4:11

2 Chronicles 7:12-16

¹² And the Lord appeared to Solomon by night, and said unto him, I have heard thy prayer, and have chosen this place to myself for an house of sacrifice.

¹³ If I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or if I command the locusts to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among my people;

¹⁴ If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

¹⁵ Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attent unto the prayer that is made in this place.

¹⁶ For now have I chosen and sanctified this house that my name may be there forever: and mine eyes and mine heart shall be there perpetually.

Isaiah 58

1 Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and shew my people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins.

² Yet they seek me daily, and delight to know my ways, as a nation that did righteousness, and forsook not the ordinance of their God: they ask of me the ordinances of justice; they take delight in approaching to God.

³ Wherefore have we fasted, say they, and thou seest not? wherefore have we afflicted our soul, and thou takest no knowledge? Behold, in the day of your fast ye find pleasure, and exact all your labours.

⁴ Behold, ye fast for strife and debate, and to smite with the fist of wickedness: ye shall not fast as ye do this day, to make your voice to be heard on high.

⁵ Is it such a fast that I have chosen? a day for a man to afflict his soul? is it to bow down his head as a bulrush, and to spread sackcloth and ashes under him? wilt thou call this a fast, and an acceptable day to the Lord?

⁶ Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?

⁷ Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh?

⁸ Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the Lord shall be thy reward.

⁹ Then shalt thou call, and the Lord shall answer; thou shalt cry, and he shall say, Here I am. If thou take away from the midst of thee the yoke, the putting forth of the finger, and speaking vanity;

¹⁰ And if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall thy light rise in obscurity, and thy darkness be as the noon day:

¹¹ And the Lord shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.

¹² And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.

¹³ If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the Lord, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:

¹⁴ Then shalt thou delight thyself in the Lord; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it.

Psalms 91

He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

² I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

³ Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.

⁴ He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.

⁵ Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;

⁶ Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.

⁷ A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.

⁸ Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.

⁹ Because thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;

¹⁰ There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.

¹¹ For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.

¹² They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.

¹³ Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.

¹⁴ Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.

¹⁵ He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.

¹⁶ With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.
