Jacqueline Craddock accepted the Lord in her life at the age of 23. She was a member of The Progressive Church of God in Christ.  She served on the transportation ministry under the leadership of Bishop James R. Wright, Sr. ​

In April 1994, Jacqueline and Neal Craddock were joined together in holy matrimony by Bishop Gladstone Blake, Pastor of The First Born Church of the Living God.  They both left their church and joined together as members of Blake’s Temple, The First Born Church Of The Living God.  ​

In 1997, she accepted her call into the ministry as a licensed Missionary, and in 2001, she became a licensed evangelist. God has given her a hunger for lost souls. She and Neal started having youth rap sessions at her home. In 2002, she started the Young Mother Christian Counseling support group (YMCC). Many single young mothers have been ministered to and counseled through this ministry. ​

Jacqueline served as the Assistant Church Missionary, Women's Fellowship President, Youth President, Sunday School Teacher, and Bible Study Teacher at the First Born Church of the Living God. ​

She started a women's ministry called All Walks of Life (AWOL), and is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC). She is anointed, appointed, to teach and preach.

In 2012, Totally Committed Healing & Deliverance Ministries was incorporated. Neal Craddock serves as Sr. Pastor, and Evangelist Jacqueline Craddock co-Pastor.

In March of 2025, Bishop Neal & Evangelist Jacqueline Craddock relocated back to Rochester, NY, to Pastor The First Born Church Of The Living God, which became the home church of their web-based ministry Totally Committed Healing & Deliverance Ministry. The organization's original name remains the same. The First Born Church Of The Living God Of Rochester, New York Inc. Honoring the founders, Bishop Gladstone & Mother Nellie M.  Blake. Totally Committed Healing & Deliverance Ministry became the outreach ministry.
