In April 1994, the late Bishop Gladstone Blake joined Neal Craddock and Jacqueline Benjamin in holy matrimony. The Lord pressed upon Neal's heart to return to his home church. Jacqueline agreed as she joined her husband at Blake’s Temple FBC. God has given Neal and Jacqueline a passion for reaching hurt, lost, dying souls. They started having youth rap sessions at their home encouraging youth to come back to church and build a relationship with Jesus Christ. Jacqueline started a single young mothers' support group.
In 1999 Neal & Jacqueline hosted their first "Soul Saving Conference." Many souls were saved and delivered. This became the foundation for Totally Committed Healing and Deliverance Ministries based upon Romans 12:1-2.
Due to physical conditions Bishop Gladstone Blake retired from pasturing after 38 years. Elder Neal Craddock (who was born into the church) was installed as the new pastor in April 2005; Elder Lanz Lopez (who came in his teen age years) became the Assistant Pastor. There were many transitional changes of leadership, Elder C.J. Rolle, Elder Sarah Davis, Elder Bernard Rodgers.
In 2010 Bishop and Evangelist Craddock became part of the Christian Faith Center, Inc. under the leadership of Dr. Bishop Gregory R. and Pastor Andrea G. Wells. In August 2011, Bishop Craddock was led to relocate they moved to Greensboro, North Carolina. In 2012 Totally Committed Healing & Deliverance Ministries a non-profit organization was incorporated. Bishop Neal Craddock serves as Pastor, and Evangelist Jacqueline Craddock Co-Pastor.
In March of 2025, Bishop Neal & Evangelist Jacqueline Craddock relocated back to Rochester, NY, to Pastor The First Born Church Of The Living God, which became the home church of their web-based ministry Totally Committed Healing & Deliverance Ministry. The church name became "Totally Committed Healing & Deliverance Ministry First Born Church. The organization's original name remains the same. The First Born Church Of The Living God Of Rochester, New York Inc. Honoring the founders, Bishop Gladstone & Mother Nellie M. Blake. Elder Sarah Davis, spiritual advisor to so many leaders who came through the ministry. Will continue to work alongside the new leadership.
We believe in the Holy Trinity - The Father, Son, and Holy Ghost; feet-washing of the Saints, communion with pure juice and unleavened bread; a life free from sin. The death, burial, and resurrection of Christ, both water and Holy Spirit baptism, the second coming of Christ, his thousand-year reign on earth with the Saints, both eternal and everlasting life, and the resurrection of the righteous dead (Revelation 20:6). We believe that we the individual is the church (Matthew 16:15-18)
