Pastor Freddie S. Parker accepted the Lord in his life in 1978. He was then a member of the Christian Bible Center in Bloomfield, New Jersey. While attending the Christian Bible Center for several years he served as a Deacon and President of the Men Fellowship. He attended 4 years of seminary training which included General Bible One, General Bible Two, and Spiritual Warfare, etc.

Pastor Parker accepted his call into the ministry in 1984. He was a member of the Community Fellowship in Newark, New Jersey where he served as the Assistant Pastor and Sunday School Superintendent. Later that year, after suffering a massive heart attack, God revealed to him that he would be used in a healing and deliverance ministry. Throughout the year's God has used Pastor Parker tremendously with laying on of the hands, praying for the sick, and casting out unclean spirits in the name of Jesus.

In 1999 Pastor Parker was Ordained an Elder by Abyssinian Apostolic Church by Bishop Joseph P. Simmons. Also, that year In he received his call to pastor and founded God's Reigning Tabernacle of Joy in Newark, New Jersey. He was joined in holy matrimony to Evangelist Gloria Craddock in January 2000.

He relocated to Myrtle Beach, SC in November 2014. But he will never retire from God and the love of the members to who he still remains close to.

God has blessed Pastor Parker with 6 children and 7 grandchildren.

Pastor Gloria Parker accepted the Lord in her life in 1969. She was a member of the Church of Love under the leadership of Pastor Katie Cross. In 1970 Evangelist Parker became a member of Blake's Temple First Born Church of the Living God under the leadership of Bishop Gladstone Blake. During her membership at Blake's Temple Evangelist Parker was a member of the Usher Board, Missionary Board, Missionary Choir, and Senior Choir a Deaconess. For several years she served as the Assistant Youth President, Children Sunday School teacher, and helped in the kitchen preparing many dinners and different meals.

In 1997 she began the Caring and Sharing ministry, which consists of feeding the hungry, free clothes, food, etc. for the community, as well as counseling and ministering to the needy and lost souls. She was the founder of the Foundation Ministry at Blake's temple which consists of the church doctrines as well as the basic principles of salvation. She also conducted many of the Tuesday night prayer services. In the year 1999, she became the Assistant Diocese Missionary.

Pastor Parker was a member of Blake's Temple until the year 2000. She was then joined in holy matrimony to Pastor Freddie S. Parker. Shortly thereafter she relocated to East Orange, New Jersey where she was the Assistant Pastor of Reigning Tabernacle of Joy. In June 2012 she received a Sacred Certificate for "Evangelism". In 2013 She received a Sacred Certificate for "Biblical and Theological Studies" also from Eastern Bible Institute, Newark, New Jersey.

God has blessed her with 6 children, 23 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren.
